Sound Syndicate was born from a passion for hip-hop culture and a commitment to enabling artists to reach their true potential.
We are a network of multidisciplinary creatives—audio engineers, graphic designers, artist managers, artists, and producers—united by a shared passion for hip-hop music and culture. With deep industry experience and a commitment to excellence, we craft the tools, sounds, and strategies that empower the current and next generation of artists to thrive.
As industry professionals, we recognized that many talented artists struggle to bring their vision to life—whether it’s getting their tracks to sound right, managing their brand, or navigating the business side of music. We saw an opportunity to bridge that gap by providing not just top-tier graphic design, mixing and mastering services, but also the digital tools, guides, and resources artists need to succeed on their own.

Founder
Bobby G
Bobby G is an artist, producer, graphic designer, and audio engineer, as well as the founder of Sound Syndicate, and the creator of Sound Syndicate's digital tools and resources.
With a career built on a versatile skillset, Bobby has freelanced across nearly every corner of the music industry—managing artists, mixing records, running live sound, selling type beats, handling tour logistics, organizing festivals, selling merch, and more. You name it, Bobby has done it. (pause)
As a graphic designer, he’s designed everything from album covers and show posters to tracklists, merch, mockups, and social media content.
His deep passion and understanding for both the creative and business sides of music drive his mission to equip artists with the tools, knowledge, and services they need to succeed.
Producer, Artist Manager
SAYONARA
SAYONARA is a producer and artist manager with a sharp ear for high-quality production and a strategic approach to the music business.
Starting his journey in early 2020, he built his name selling type beats on YouTube and BeatStars, eventually landing major production credits with Joyner Lucas, NBA 2K, Rafting Goods, NLE Choppa, and Kevin Gates. His beats, known for their polished sound and undeniable energy, have earned him recognition in both underground and mainstream circles.
In early 2024, SAYO took his career a step further by joining the Heads Up Management team, and by early 2025, he officially signed on as an Artist Manager. Now, he plays a key role in furthering the career of Dutch underground legend $KEER&BOO$, bringing his production expertise and industry knowledge to artist development and career strategy.
With experience on both sides of the industry, SAYO continues to push boundaries, bridging the gap between producers, artists, and the business side of music.

Jules Weijers
Jules Weijers is an artist manager and the founder of Heads Up Artist Management, where he helps artists navigate their careers with a hands-on, strategic approach. He is also the co-founder of Rare Peeps Records, the leading boom bap record label in the Netherlands.
Before stepping into management, Jules was an artist and producer himself as part of the Dutch hip-hop duo De Nachtploeg, giving him a deep understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry.
In February 2020, Jules Weijers hired Bobby G, a connection that grew into a strong friendship and mentorship. With years of experience across different facets of the music industry, Jules is dedicated to building sustainable careers for artists, creating concepts with lasting impact and elevating hip-hop culture worldwide.
Artist, Label Co-Owner
Dookie
Dookie is a veteran artist and creative mastermind in the Dutch hip-hop scene. As a member of Het VerZet (translating to: The Resistance), he gained international recognition, touring across the globe.
Beyond his success as an artist, Dookie is known for crafting innovative release and merchandise strategies, pushing creative boundaries with every project. He remains active as a solo artist and as part of the hip-hop collectives Rafting Goods and Krauw Konnekt, while also using his platform to mentor local youth and inspire the next generation.
His artistry extends beyond music—Dookie has even taken his storytelling to the stage with a theater show, showcasing his versatility as a creative force. As the co-founder of Rare Peeps Records alongside Jules Weijers, he continues to influence and elevate the Dutch hip-hop landscape.
